Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies

Recipe: Sarah Cole

Beat together 

8oz sugar

10oz light brown sugar

2.5 sticks of butter (20oz)

 Add 2 eggs and 2t vanilla mix well

Add: 

8.5 oz each of cake flower and bread flower.

1.5 tsp each of kosher salt and baking powder

1.25 tsp baking soda

Stir to combine

Drop onto silpat or parchment and sprinkle with sea salt and bake for

350 for 15-20
